This medical museum was at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center, a branch of the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology, but it is now closed to the public. It will reopen in the fall of 2011 in the Forest Glen Annex in Silver Spring, Maryland. This is an excellent place to spend the day where you may see relics from the Civil War and a wonderful microscope collection.
